Requirements Of A Good Daily/Weekly Project Site Report (+ Sample Template)
A well-structured daily or weekly site report should include the following elements:
1. A front page that clearly indicates the project’s title and the reporting period.
2. An overview displaying the current completion percentage for each ongoing task.
3. A report that outlines the expected percentage of tasks to be completed in the upcoming week, along with the specific tasks planned.
4. An accompanying work program that illustrates the overall project status in terms of percentage completion.
5. High-quality photographs that capture milestones or achievements from the past week.
6. A section dedicated to highlighting any challenges faced or anticipated that could impact the project.
7. Inclusion of an HSE report detailing near misses, hazard reports, and other safety-related concerns.
8. A count of the number of workers on site and a list of equipment utilized during the reporting period.
9. Finally, the report should contain a list of other relevant activities associated with the project, such as visits from regulatory bodies like FERMA, LASBSCA or client meetings, that are not directly related to project tasks.
